​This treasury decides how to allocate resources every year to different Research Treasuries and votes on proposals to issue its governance and direction. Directly overseen by MN Treasury, this treasury may receive funding to contribute to its yearly budget of 1% of Total Year End Funds.

This Treasury is unique among Research Treasuries as it has the ability to create new Treasuries from its yearly budget to further research in different areas. All findings by any Research Treasuries hosted by MN Coin are made public and available for public and commercial use. If required to patent any information, discoveries, or inventions, full credit will be given to the team & the patents will be publicly available for use at no charge.
