The Head Charity Treasury oversees it's Child Treasuries Operations. While MN Treasury operates as the Parent Treasury for all MN Hosted Treasuries, Charity Treasury can oversee and make suggestions as well as contributions to it's Child Treasury's Yearly Budgets.
