A Vicious Liquid

Oil is a viscous liquid often derived from an organic substance. Oil comes in many forms such as Olive Oil, Whale Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Turpentine (Distilled Pine Resin) & most commonly associated with oil, Petroleum. Oil has been used for most if not all of human history with the ancients using Olive Oil and likely the fats of animals that can make an oil substance. Shamans and healers often used natural tonics making use of plant oils to administer healings. Oil, like salt and water seems to be an integral part of human life.
