The EIC was formed to trade in the Indian Ocean which is India and southeast Asia.

​Arriving in India, the East India Trading Company was essentially powerless to the then Mughal's who had vast wealth and resources from trade in their country.

​By the end, the EIC had practically conquered the whole of India. Bloodshed and corruption with the aid of internal Indian conflicts, the EIC conquered a continent.
